Noah and Abbey's father is in prison for sinking the casino boat of Dusty Muleman, because he believed that Dusty and his crew were dumping the boat's sewage into the ocean and contaminating it.   This was true, but the police needed some proof.  Now, Noah with the help of Abbey and Shelly (a woman who is very untidy and works on the casino boat), is trying to help his dad and expose the truth.  After several attempts, finally their plan works out, and Noah and Abbey are able to return their dad's honor.
